Airport Pickup
Our staff will welcome you at Chinggis Khaan International Airport in accordance with your arrival flight.
After completing immigration, baggage claim, and customs, please proceed to the arrival lobby.

Meeting Location
The meeting location is the international arrivals lobby of Chinggis Khaan International Airport.
After exiting customs and proceeding to the arrivals lobby, staff will be waiting for you.
How to Find the Staff
Staff will wait holding a board with your name on it so that you can easily find them.

When you come out to the arrivals lobby, please look for the board with your name written on it.
Flight Information Required at Booking
If you plan to use the airport pickup service, please be sure to provide the following flight information:
- Airline name
- Flight number
- Arrival date
- Estimated arrival time
- Departure point
Why is a flight number required?
Flight arrival times may change due to weather or operational conditions.
Horse Camp checks flight arrival status based on the flight number and coordinates to pick you up as close to the actual arrival time as possible.
Therefore, please be sure to provide the flight number accurately.
If Your Flight is Delayed
Even if your arrival flight is delayed, our staff will respond while checking the flight’s operational status.
Even if the scheduled arrival time has passed, if it is a normal flight delay, there is no need for you to contact us immediately.
However, please contact Horse Camp as much as possible in the following cases:
If the arrival airport or arrival date has changed
If the flight number itself changes, our staff may not be able to confirm the new arrival flight.
If your boarding flight has changed
If you are transferred to another flight
If your flight is canceled
It is okay even if immigration and baggage claim take time.
After international flight arrivals, immigration and baggage claim may take some time.
Especially during times when arrival flights overlap, it may take a while from when the airplane arrives until you come out to the arrival lobby.
Our staff will also wait taking this into consideration, so please complete your immigration procedures without rushing.
If Your Baggage Does Not Come Out
If your checked baggage does not appear or if you need to complete procedures regarding your baggage, please inquire with airport staff.
If the procedures are likely to take some time, please contact Horse Camp if possible.
If You Cannot Find the Staff
If you cannot find the staff even after coming out to the arrivals lobby, please first check the surrounding area again for the board with your name written on it.
Even if you do not find them immediately, please do not move far around the airport and wait near the arrivals lobby.
If you still cannot meet up, please contact Horse Camp.

From the Airport to Horse Camp
It takes about 2 hours by car from the airport to Horse Camp.
We plan to take a break at a convenience store along the way, but we may not be able to stop as scheduled due to road conditions and other factors. Before departing from the airport, we recommend taking care of restroom breaks as much as possible in preparation for the long journey.

Guests using the airport pickup service, please check the following before departure:
- You have provided the correct flight number to Horse Camp Mongolia
- There are no errors in your arrival date and estimated arrival time
- If there is a flight change, you will notify us of the new flight number
- You have confirmed the meeting location at the airport
- You have saved the emergency contact on your smartphone
